Is it the first time you are renting a trailer? Don’t worry. We will guide you in every way to offer you a self-serve experience for your trailer rental. Please continue reading to learn how to rent a trailer from Rent Haul Corp.
Select a Trailer for Rent
The first step in renting a trailer is to select one from our listed ones. But before that, it is important for you to measure the dimensions of your cargo. After that, compare the dimension with our listed trailer types to choose the appropriate one. We have incorporated all the helpful notes next to all of our listed trailers to keep you aware of their features. So, it is important for you to check out the trailer details before making any reservations.
Check for the Fare and Availability of the Trailer for the Desired Day
Now check for the fare and availability of the freight trailer for the desired day. All you have to do is to put the pickup location, drop off location, and desired day of moving. After that, just submit it, and you will get the moving fare along with the available freight trailers for that day.
Payment for Your Rental
If you are satisfied with our fare and want to proceed with it, put some basic information about you and your desired payment method. We will only charge a daily, weekly, or monthly rate for the desired trailer type and date. Rent Haul Corp accepts all types of preauthorization deposit payments. Please note that Rent Haul Corp will not take responsibility for the non-sufficient fund charge for the deposit hold.
Unlock Your Trailer
Once your preauthorization deposit payment is approved, we will send you a message with a code to unlock your desired trailer. When you arrive at our location, you will find the keys to the trailer stored in the lockbox. But to unlock the lock box, you have to enter the code. Please note that you are totally responsible for returning the trailer in good shape.
Upon returning the trailer, you will lock it up and send us a picture to confirm your return. After that, we will process your preauthorization deposit payment. In case you prefer to make the payment in other ways, we will accept it, and your preauthorization will be cancelled. The hold amount will be refunded to your bank account within a few business days.
